The present petition has been filed inter alia challenging the proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that there is a judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-19553-2023, whereby the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is held to be not maintainable under the Domestic Violence Act. 3.
