The present petition has been filed for quashing of zimni order dated 26.04.2023 passed by the Special Judge, Fatehabad under NDPS Act, 1985, Annexure P-4 in FIR No.141, dated 02.06.2019, registered under Section 21 (Act No.61) NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad and for restoration of bail bonds and surety bonds.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
