**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal filed under Clause X of the Letters Patent is to the Single Bench judgment dated 2nd November, 2015, passed in CWP No.27593 of 2013.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to the appellants to approach the concerned authority in terms of the directions contained in the impugned judgment.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the appellants to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
