RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 27.02.2017, Annexure P-7, passed by learned Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar, vide which revision petition No.97/13 filed by respondents No.4 to 7 has been accepted and well speaking consented order dated 29.04.2013, Annexure P-5, passed by ACIG, Jalandhar has been set aside. It is further prayed to quash the impugned order, dated 12.05.2023, Annexure P-12, passed by the Financial Commissioner (Appeal), vide which revision petition filed by the petitioners has been dismissed.

CWP-19699-2023 -2petitioners that the present petition pertains to the partition proceedings among the family members. He submits that this Court had already granted status quo vide order dated 15.09.2023. It is further submitted by learned senior counsel that the petitioner filed a suit for declaration challenging a Will and the suit was dismissed by the trial Court, however, the appeal bearing No.CA/159/2023 is pending adjudication before the Additional District Judge, Hoshiarpur, and is fixed for final arguments on 09.05.2024. Learned senior counsel further stated that the present writ petition be disposed of and direction be issued to the learned Appellate Court to decide the appeal in a time bound manner and till then the parties be directed to maintain status quo.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have also affirmed the above said facts and pleaded no objection if the present petition is disposed of by directing the appellate Court to decide the appeal in a time bound manner and till then status quo be ordered to be maintained. In view of the above position, the present petition is disposed of. Learned appellate Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the appeal and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
