(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage as the challan has been presented during the intervening period and that the petitioner may be permitted to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the trial Court at the stage of considering the framing of charges including his plea to the effect that the petitioner was never ever present at the spot nor is named in the FIR.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Needless to mention, in case any substantial pleas are raised by the petitioner before the Trial Court at the stage of considering framing of Pankaj Kakkar 2024.11.20 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
