    Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.55 dated 01.03.2022, registered at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, under Sections 120-B, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC (Section 201 IPC added during investigation). Status report dated 07.12.2022 by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Charkhi Dadri, filed in the Registry, is taken on record.

Vide order dated 03.10.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

 Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Kaptan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
