Vide this second petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2 dated 04.01.2021 under Sections 148,149,285,307,323,324 IPC (Sections 201,325,326 IPC added later on) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S Hassanpur, District Palwal. Previous bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 28.05.2021 (P.4) after considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner. No fresh ground is made out to entertain the instant petition. Dismissed.
