(Oral) The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of FIR No.118 dated 18.05.2022, Annexure P-1, registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (later on added Section 3(1)(u) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act and Sections 500 and 506 IPC, 1860), at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, from Inspector Jagdeep Singh, contends that after investigation the petitioner has been declared innocent.
