(ORAL) The appellants have filed the present appeal against order dated 12.06.2010 passed by the Guardian Judge, Jalandhar, whereby petition filed by them under Sections 7, 8 and 10 of the Guardian and Wards Act for sale of property of appellant No.2-minor Anvir Kaur situated in village Hardo Pharala, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that since minor Anvir Kaur has attained majority on 23.12.2018, the present appeal has become infructuous.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
