***** ARUN MONGA, J,(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. directing respondents no.2 and 3 for further investigation in FIR No.188, dated 10.07.2020 Annexure P-1, registered under Sections 307, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC (but the challan filed only under Sections 285, 323, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 25(9)/39 of the Arms Act, 1959), at Police Station Safidon, District Jind. He further seeks a direction to the aforesaid respondents to get an opinion of board of doctors with regard to the injuries suffered with gunshot as per treatment record of PGIMs,Rohtak and to submit supplementary report/challan by adding Section 307 IPC.

When this Court showed its disinclination to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise the defence before trial Court as taken herein.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as aforesaid 4.
