(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 for conducting fair investigation in case FIR No. 56 dated 20.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 451, 506 and 120-B IPC and Section 25(IB)(a) of the Arms Act at Police Station Women, District, Kaithal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.4Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 29.08.2023 (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
