Learned counsel for the appellants states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties, as such he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. He has further requested that the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellants at the time of filing of the appeal be ordered to be refunded to the appellants.

Mr. Vikas Saroha, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the claimants.
