(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking quashing of FIR No.28 dated 20.04.2021 registered at Woman Police Station, Hansi, District Hansi, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 506, 34 IPC. Mr.Aditya Sanghi, Advocate filed his power of attorney on behalf of the complainant/respondent No.2 which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the complainant, at the outset, submits that the petitioner on the same set of averments filed CRM-M-31792-2021 which came to be dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.07.2022 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned State counsel submits that challan against co-accused as well as the petitioner stands filed and the petitioner has not challenged the challan. On being confronted with afore-stated facts, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw petition at this stage, with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
