NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing direction to respondent No.1 to present final report before the competent Court in case FIR No.89 dated 21.05.2021 under Sections 304, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the abovementioned FIR, cancellation report has been accepted by the trial Court vide order dated 25.11.2022.
This fact has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. (NAMIT KUMAR) 29.11.2022 JUDGE R.S.
