This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for directing respondent No.2. to undertake the constructive steps as per law on the representation moved by the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) regarding false case registered against her son with a further prayer to initiate action on the representation moved by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
