1. The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR.

2. Status report by way of affidavit of Shri Ramesh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Bhiwani has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record.

3. Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner stands acquitted by the Trial Court in respect of the aforesaid FIR.

4. In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition filed under provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
