**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed by the appellants under Clause X of the Letters Patent against the judgment dated 31.03.2016, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CWP No. 24708 of 2015. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the dispute was between the appellants and respondent No.5, which has since been settled. Accordingly, a prayer was made that the present appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 pleads no objection. 3.
