Notice of motion to respondent No.3-Insurance Company only. Mr. Rajbir Singh, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 3 and filed power of attorney. It is stated that the matter has been amicably settled and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay `1,10,000/- to the claimants over and above the amount of compensation already awarded by the Tribunal. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the enhanced amount of compensation be paid through cheque only in favour of appellant No. 1 and appellants No. 2 to 4 have no objection, if the entire payment of enhanced amount of compensation is made to her. In view of submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this appeal is allowed. Appellants/claimants shall be entitled to enhance amount of compensation of `1,10,000/-, as per settlement between the parties which Jyoti 2018.02.23 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

FAO-5284-2017 -2will be paid by the respondent-Insurance Company to appellant No. 1 within four weeks, failing which it will be liable to pay the interest on the awarded amount of compensation @ 7% from the date of filing of the appeal. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) February 21, 2018.
