RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of direction to respondents to file status report in FIR No.20, Annexure P-1, under Section 323, 324, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, dated 19.01.2023, registered at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar. It is further prayed to issued direction to the respondents to arrest the accused as expeditiously as possible in the above-said FIR.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR in this case was registered on 19.01.2023 and till today the investigation is still going on and police has not arrested any accused. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage.
