Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to issuance of a direction to the investigating agency to present final report under Section 193 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (BNSS) expeditiously in respect of DDR No.38, dated 1.7.2024 registered at Police Station Patran, under Sections 307, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code in FIR No.144, dated 30.6.2024 registered at Police Station Patran, under Sections 307, 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
