The petitioner has already made two representations to the Director General, Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, vide Annexure P,9 dated 11.03.2019 as well as to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram vide Annexure P,18 dated 11.05.2019 for redressal of his grievances.

Both these authorities are directed to decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously by taking into consideration the facts enumerated therein. The petitioner is directed to place before the authorities a copy of the writ petition alongwith a copy of the order passed today for their kind perusal. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. However, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
