Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the impugned order dated 23.11.2021 (P-2), whereby petitioner was transferred from post / office of Incharge Block Officer / Moga Forest Range, Ferozepur without giving any station.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that with the passage of time, present writ petition is rendered infructuous.
