Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the prayer for transfer of the petition from Narwana to Narnaul, District Mahendergarh or, in the alternative. to District Rewari. Instead, he submit that the petitioners, who are husband and other in-laws of respondent No.1/ complainant, may be exempted from personal appearance before the trial Court.

In case such an application seeking exemption from personal appearance is filed by the petitioners before the trial Court, the same shall be considered sympathetically and decided in accordance with law. Disposed of accordingly.
