(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondent No.1 to decide the stay application (Annexure P-1) as well as main appeal No.5 of 2021 titled as "Suhail Khan aged 41 years and others vs. State of Haryana and another", (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of Haryana Evacuee Properties Management and Disposal Act 2008 and under Section 27 of Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950 against the automatic vesting and for restoration of the same as per share of the petitioner with regard to the land belonging to the petitioner situated in village Karnal and for restoration of the complete land including the original land already lying vacant till now, as similar restoration has already been made by this Court in number of cases or in alternative land of equivalent value be given to the petitioner.
