RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 29.01.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts of `20,000/-. The same are taken on record. Registry is directed to verify the deposit of costs by the petitioners with the concerned quarter.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.1062 dated 01.09.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 506 IPC pertaining to Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 19.09.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before learned additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, on 01.10.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar, has submitted her RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.12 13:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRM-M-40159 of 2019 report vide letter bearing No.148 dated 06.11.2019, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, vide letter No.15221 dated 06.11.2019.

According to the above report, parties have entered into compromise voluntarily and without any coercion and any undue influence. Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.1062 dated 01.09.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 506 IPC pertaining to Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed. Disposed of accordingly.
