The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondent to file the status report of the investigation in FIR No.72, dated 29.04.2022, under Sections 307, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Kotwali, Patiala.

Learned State counsel submits that challan stands presented on 04.07.2022 and the case is now fixed for framing of charge. 3.
