(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) whereby respondent No.4 had been posted on deputation at Community Health Centre, Kharkhoda (Sonepat) against one sanctioned post, where the petitioner was already working. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
