A prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.100 dated 11.06.2023 under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1958 registered at P.S Bhikhi, District Mansa and all other consequential proceedings arisen from the said FIR. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition seeks liberty to raise all the pleas taken in the present petition at the the appropriate stage before the learned trial Court. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawan with aforesaid liberty.
