In compliance of order dated 26.02.2019 passed in CWP19829-2018, Department of Personnel, Government of Punjab, has passed order dated 10.01.2020, copy of which has been supplied to Department of Finance.

Copy of order dated 10.01.2020 has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court.

Keeping in view the fact that order dated 26.02.2019 passed in CWP-19829-2018 has been complied with, this petition has been rendered infructuous, as such, the same is disposed of accordingly. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to avail other legal remedy against order dated 10.01.2020 passed by Department of Personnel, Government of Punjab.
