(ORAL) CRM-18095-2022 This is an application for making amendment in the head note and prayer clause of the petition and for placing on record the same. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that vide DDR No.30 dated 21.12.2021, Section 326 IPC was added and Section 325 IPC was deleted and that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 01.12.2021. He, thus, prays that the amended head note and prayer clause (annexed with the application), may be taken on record.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. Harbir Sandhu, AAG Punjab, accepts notice and submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the above and the grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Amended head note and prayer clause AMAN JAIN 2022.05.18 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the head note and prayer clause of the petition.
The anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 01.12.2021, passed by this Court, shall also be treated to have been granted in respect of Section 326 IPC as well. CRM-M-50232-2021 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.243 dated 25.09.2021, registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural, under Sections 307, 323, 324, 326, 148, 149 IPC.
Vide order dated 01.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 01.12.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
