(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant-husband submits that during pendency of the present appeal, decree of divorce has been granted between the parties under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and, therefore, the appellant-husband does not wish to pursue this appeal any more. Learned counsel for the respondent admits the aforesaid factual position.

In view of the above, present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
