The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. dated 02.06.2023 registered under Sections 420/120B/506/419/465/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar-Police Commissionerate and all subsequent proceedings therefrom qua the petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits at the outset that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
