   *! *'(#)'      +++ VIKAS SURI, J. (Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.

It is submitted that the present petition was drawn and signed on 29.09.2022 and instituted on the following day. The prayer in the present petition is for directions to the Family Court to decide the application for interim custody in a time bound manner.

On 29.09.2022, the Family Court passed an order with regard to meeting/visitation rights, on the application for interim custody of the minor child, Sachkirat Singh.

The petitioner is desirous to impugn the said order as well. The prayer of the petitioner appears to be bona fide and is liable to be accepted in the interest of justice.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
