(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of order dated 23.08.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP No.20369 of 2011, all benefits have been granted except arrears for revised over time and in this regard, made a representation dated 18.03.2019 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken so far. Petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director General, State Transport, Haryana to decide representation dated 18.03.2019 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioners within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director General, State Transport, Haryana to decide representation dated 18.03.2019 (Annexure P-2) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners.
