RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Allotment Authority/Prescribed Authority, Rohtak, respondent No.3 to issue Form US-4 to the petitioner regarding the land measuring 27 Kanals, situated in village Bhaiyapur, Tehsil and District Rohtak, allotted to him by the Allotment Authority, Rohtak vide Form US-3 dated 01.06.1978 (Annexure P-1) and to direct the Tehsildar, Rohtak, to enter and sanction mutation of the aforesaid land in favour of the petitioner and further to direct respondent No.3 to deliver possession of the aforesaid land to the petitioner at spot. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 19.06.2023 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.
