Present appeal is directed against the order dated 01.05.2017 passed by the Additional District Judge, Jalandhar whereby petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been dismissed. Learned counsel submits that present case is covered by judgment delivered by this court in FAO no. 5973 of 2013 on 30.03.2016 titled as Union of India & anr. vs. Kuldeep Singh & ors.
