The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the revision petition, pending before the Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab, should be directed to be disposed of. 2.

Ms. Anju Arora, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, enters appearance for the respondent No.1 and 2 and states that the revision petition shall be disposed of on the date already fixed i.e. 30.12.2021, provided the learned counsel representing the parties will not seek any further adjournment.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab, is directed to make sincere endeavours for disposal of the revision petition within a period of six weeks, from today, positively.
