       Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appeared in the Chemistry examination and therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the petition. He submits that respondent No.2-National Institute of Open Schooling be directed to declare the result of the petitioner as early as possible so as to enable the petitioner to appear in the counseling in case he fulfills all the eligibility conditions. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that respondent-authorities i.e. National Institute of Open Schooling shall make all endeavour to declare the result of the petitioner at the earliest. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of.
