(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of impugned order dated 22.04.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran, vide which, the application filed by him for summoning of the witnesses in defence stands dismissed. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for pursuing further action in accordance with law in pursuance of order dated 22.04.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Additional Chief Judcial Magistrate, Tarn Taran, on a application filed by the petitioner for summoning the witnesses in defence.
