The present appeal was filed by the driver and owner of the vehicle involved in the accident, challenging only the recovery rights granted to respondent-Insurance Company by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), S.B.S. Nagar vide order dated 03.04.2018, while granting compensation.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has submitted that he has the instructions to submits that the Insurance Company has waived the recovery rights granted by the Tribunal.

Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of, in light of the statement made by the counsel for Insurance Company. 4.
