**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this fourth petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.68 dated 10.08.2018, registered at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act and Sections 473, 379 and 411 IPC (added later on), the first bail petition being dismissed as withdrawn on 02.04.2019 and second and third petitions were dismissed on merits on 24.11.2020 and 07.02.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the challan was presented on 02.02.2019; that, though the charges were framed way back on 30.09.2021, yet the fact remains that out of total 11 prosecution witnesses, none has been examined, till date and that the petitioner has been in custody since 10.08.2018. He confines his argument to the extend that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the trial Court is directed to decide the case at the earliest.
