The present appeal pertains to the year 2017. On 27.07.2023 none appeared on behalf of the appellants and the case was adjourned to 15.09.2023. Thereafter the matter was adjourned by order on various dates. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
