This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 21.03.2025 passed in CWP-17936-2022. 2.
The writ petition being CWP-17936-2022 was disposed off by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.03.2025 on the basis of an email instruction received by the counsel for the respondent-HSVP wherein it was stated that the meeting of oustees committee had been fixed and the matter would be disposed off after taking a fresh decision. 3.
Today learned counsel for the respondents-HSVP has placed on record the proceeding of the meeting held by the Oustees Screening Committee wherein the petitioner has been held entitled for allotment of a plot measuring 14 marlas and the matter has been sent for further approval. 4.
In view of the above, no further order is called for. The present petition is disposed off accordingly. Rule stands discharged.
