Affidavit of Sh. T.V.S.N. Prasad, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Finance Department filed by learned State counsel is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though speaking order in compliance of order dated 18.12.2018 in CWP-255982017 has been passed but while passing the speaking order the respondents discriminated with the petitioners as representations of similarly situated employees were considered as per directions given in other writ petitions and were accepted.

Learned State counsel submits that order dated 18.12.2018 has been complied with by considering the representations of the petitioners and speaking order has been passed. So far as plea of learned counsel for petitioners is concerned, the State is re-considering the benefits given to other employees due to misinterpretation of order passed in their favour. COCP No. 3260 of 2019 -2Representations of many employees have been rejected and they have filed the writ petitions and it is not an issue to be decided in this petition. Direction vide order dated 18.12.2018 was to decide the representations of petitioners, which have been decided. If petitioners are not satisfied with the speaking order they have separate remedy to avail. No further action is required in this petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail other legal remedy available to them in accordance with law.
