Keeping in view the reasons as mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and Annexure P-16 is taken on the record. CRM-M No.51797 of 2021 By way of this petition, the petitioner has made the second attempt to seek the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.75 dated 12.05.2018 registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana, under Sections 302, 328 read with Section 34 IPC (wherein the offences under Section 304-A IPC and Sections 21 and NEETU RANI 2022.01.17 17:17 I attest to the accuracy of this order PHHC

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
