The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider to continue/extend the service of the petitioner after superannuation on the post of advisor/consultant as there is considerable amount of work available with the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, wishes to withdraw the instant petition to enable him to file representation, which he prays that the same may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously
