Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to get an independent inquiry conducted from an officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police/Crime Branch/Vigilance Bureau in the representation dated 27.05.2019 (Annexure P1) made by the petitioner to the Inspector General of Police, Hisar Range, Hisar and take appropriate action against the accused persons, as per law. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 27.05.2019 (Annexure P1) to the Inspector General of Police, Hisar Range, Hisar, wherein still no action has been taken.
