Vide order dated 17.05.2023 notice was issued to the appellants as well as their counsel. As per the Office report, appellants No.2 and 3 stand duly served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf despite service. Appellant No.1 was not found residing at the given address. There is no other address of appellant No.1 available with the Court for effecting his service except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal and is the same on which the notice was sent. Further the counsel representing the appellants was also duly informed by the Registry.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2025.01.21 09:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
