Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.2.5 lacs in the name of Manjit Kaurappellant No. 1 to Ms. Priya Deep, Advocate who has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants states that she has got instructions to make a statement to withdraw the present appeal in view of the compromise and she be allowed to do so. Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 states that he has no objection if it is so done. Permission is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as compromised.
