Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition due to certain developments having taken place after filing of the writ petition i.e. announcement made by the Government in respect of grant in aid for construction of new building of museum. Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid course.

In view of prayer made in the application, the date of hearing is preponed and the main case is taken up today itself. Main case Dismissed as withdrawn.
